Shipping And Delivery

We at FWFPL are committed to deliver your order in good condition and always on time as per the order. We adhere to a great policy that we partner only with high reputed courier companies to ship your orders. Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package.

For order above Rs.1000, shipping is absolutely free. For orders below Rs.1000 there is a nominal fee of Rs.50 charged for delivery.

We ship your order within 24-48 hours.

On shipment, a confirmation email is sent to you, along with tracking details and expected date of delivery.

You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 5-6 working days in major cities and 12-15 days for other locations as per your pin code.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases via email.

If you feel the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Call us at +914214310900 or Contact us with your order number via mail. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
